This terrace house on the fringes of St. Peter Port provided us with an exciting opportunity to remodel a 20th century dwelling, into a modern, family house using simple design strategies developed with the client. A rear extension was remodelled to form a full width extension kitchen & dining space with ajoining living space. This naturally lit extension to the main house creates a stronger connection with the garden, utilizing it as external living space. The extension allows for a potential 4 bedrooms in the upper floors. Attention to detail, simple layered space planning, and continuous client involvement has provided a functional and flexible home for a young couple to grow into family life.
