The brief for 3 live work units on a restricted site, enclosed on three sides by neighbouring buildings, required some architectural ingenuity. Each unit was to be designed to maximise the light and space available. The solution was to design each unit on split levels with living spaces on the first floor and working / sleeping spaces street level.
